WONDER WOODS is located on the little, but famous educational hill top,
Panchgani the beautiful, scenic hill station also known for its sprawling shooting locations that has fascinated the film industry since many years.

The first phase is complete having A-C rooms and non A-C rooms in the ninety years old structures renovated to give modern living comforts while it's heritage,
architectural beauty and significance has been retained and upgraded.
The resort, WONDER WOODS has a fantastic location amidst serenity and still within walkable distance from the market place.
The peaceful green surroundings attracts variety of birds that enchant melodious chirping;
while the pleasant, garden ambience attracts colourful butterflies to sooth your eyes.
On the eastern side is Asia's biggest plateau Table-Land that over looks the tranquil resort and on the western side amidst tree top greens
you often get to enjoy paragliding view and of course the sun setting behind the clouds and the distant mountains.
To keep the stay area free from air and noise pollution, the nature lover owner basically from the education field intends to keep the car park area
away from the heritage dwellings and therefore the guests are requested to walk up the landscaped pathways to reach the residential units.
Only senior citizens and handicapped are welcome to get the vehicle to the door steps
