The Bungalow, Guru Kripa is located on the top of a hill in a secured society of just 16 luxury Bungalows.
The locale base has great views of the backwaters of the Dhom Dam, the Krishna River Valley and the Kamal Gadh forest.
Built with red Goa bricks, the house has a majestic facade and a roof of red shingles.
It is set in a garden of 15000 sq.ft., with a built up area of 3000 sq. ft.
There are 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, living room dining area, kitchen with a servant's room, a store room, a 1200 sq. ft. terrace and a gazebo sit out.
